the dr had her Apple Watch on and while I was answering questions she was asking me at the beginning she stopped to read her watch on two different occasions. then when she started my sons checkup and was listening to his lungs she again was reading her watch when someone messaged her. at the end of the checkup she started to tell me that his throat, lungs, and ears looked and sounded fine. we were there for croup and a sore throat. at that point I told her that she didn't even look at his throat (because she was distracted by her watch the whole time). she said "I did, but let me check again for you!". I was very annoyed by this because I sat and waited for her to check his throat since that was the reason we were there and she never did.
